Flag Football 5 on 5, or 7 on 7 : two-24 minute half's (running clock except for 1-60 sec. time-outs per half), 

No kicking:(no kick offs/punts or Point After Try (PAT); punt yardage will we applied to 4th down change of possession and result in the ball being placed on the opponent's 5yd line. Unsuccessful 4th down plays that fails to gain 1st down yardage or score: (the ball will turn over at the defenses 5yd line). Scoring will be 6 points for a touchdown and 1 extra point for a 5yd Pass-only PAT or 2 extra points for a 10yd Run or Pass PAT. Each team will have (1)-60 second Timeout per half (the clock will stop for time-outs). Game will start on the hour and have a 2min -5min half time break.
