Rec teams have priority of the fields on week nights. Field 8 will be available for weeknight practices. Tournament teams will have priority of the fields on weekends. Rec-select teams are financially responsible for tournament fees, players are responsible for jersey orders. The park will cover coaches jerseys (head coach and 2 assistants). See below for tournaments that will not cost you anything. USSSA and BPA have agreed to let us play their tournaments free, or very highly discounted. All BPA tournaments are free. USSSA is going to give us a discount on one or two and the rest will be free. March 14th there is a really cool tournament in Ft Walton Beach that is rec teams only and I believe champion teams get free Marucci Rckless bats. I will get more info on that later. Keep in mind that is the Saturday at the beginning of spring break.

Uniforms
Everyone will be in the same jersey for this first season. Players will wear their rec hats (similar to how MLB used to do for the allstar game - Your jersey represents that you're an allstar, your hat represents your team). Uniform order deadline is Wednesday, February 25th.

Schedule
Tryouts 2/21/26 @ 930am

The following tournaments SHOULD be free for us, I will finalize that very soon. You are welcome to do more (or less) tournaments but I would like each team to do at least 3 so it feels worth it to the parents. I will reach out to tournament directors and get us signed up once coaches let me know what tournaments they will or will not be doing. Tournaments fill fast so please let me know as soon as you know what you would like to enter. I highly suggest doing the Saraland tournament. That is a brand new facility and if you haven't been there, it is really awesome. It would be a great experience for players and coaches. Please do not continue tournaments past May 9th (our inner park championship day) as the focus is going to shift to all-stars after that.
